Can't connect to HA Green in any way

My HA Green has been up and running without issue for many months. Noticed some automations not doing exactly right thing so tried to access via app on my iphone and it can’t access it. Nothing, blank screen, etc. Same behavior no matter if I’m home on the same wifi or away.

Checked my Nabu Casa account and it shows it isn’t connected.

Tried to access with the http://homeassistant.local:8123/ via browser on my Macbook or PC.

I’ve restarted my modem/router 3 times now. (Xfinity) It shows it connected with a 10.0.0.40 ip address for that that is worth. I unplugged the HA, removed it from my device list on my router, then plugged it back in and seems to connect fine and gets the same ip address.

I’ve unplugged power from the HA Green for 30 minutes and plugged it back in with no change. All LED’s seem to be flashing as normal.

I do have a backup of my system from a few days ago so got fed up and decided to try a reset last night. Pulled power, held down button, powered up, solid yellow light, let go of button, starts flashing, etc. I believe it reset/reinstalled as I now have no automations working at all but I still can’t access anything.

I’m at a loss of my next step. I know enough to be dangerous but might have to walk me through anything to try.

Is your macbook and PC in the same ip range (10.0.0.x)?

If you connect a screen to the Green, does it show ip 10.0.0.40?

From your macbook or PC, can you ping and get a reply from 10.0.0.40?

Just confirmed my PC, Macbook, and both Iphones are in the same ip range.

I have not connected a screen but will try tonight. Never done so before. Is it simply a connection to the HDMI port on the HA Green?

I am able to ping from both my Macbook and PC with replies that appear normal to me. (Response times in the single to low double digit MS range)

Have you tried http://10.0.0.40:8123

Yes. That does not work either.

Next step check that the Green actually has the IP (10.0.0.40) you think it has. Either you can do a ping 10.0.0.40 -t and confirm that it stops responding when you turn off the Green, or connect it to your tv with HDMI. The TV and a keyboard can come in handy for further troubleshooting anyhow.
