Can't delete dead node in Z-Wave JS UI

I installed one more Kwikset HC620 smart door lock earlier this week. I used SmartStart. The first inclusion failed, and generated a dead node. The second attempt succeeded.

I’m unable to delete the dead node. I go to ZUI, click on the device / advanced / failed nodes / remove . I have waited a while, and nothing happened. I have restarted the ZUI add-on as well, and it still fails. The node is always shown as dead, and being in the “Protocol Info” stage of the interview.

Here is the log. The problematic node is 19 .

The “remove” function for failed nodes has worked in the past as recently as 2 weeks ago, so this might be a recent regression, but I’m not certain. If there is a way to roll back the version of ZUI without rolling back the configuration, I would be willing to try it to find out.

Can you plug the stick in to the Silicon Labs Simplicity Studio and manage the network from the ZWave PC Controller tool? That will tell you if the node is there or not. You can then fail it out and remove it to update the NVRAM.

Thanks. I was able to delete the node yesterday by using the “remove all failed nodes” option. Trying to use the individual node remove option is what failed.
