Hello, I’m new to Home Assistant and I’ve been trying to send a notification to my phone.
I’m using Home Assistant OS (with a mini PC)
I have a Samsung S24 Ultra, with Android 16 and One UI 8.0
I downloaded the Home Assistant Companion App and completed the setup process
I’m also testing Home Assistant Cloud
After everything set up I can’t find notify anywhere
Is this a known bug or am I missing something?
It’s not an entitie but an action. You have to use notify.mobile_xxxxx

Notifications are in a more-than-a-year-long transition from using specific notify actions to using one action that can target specific notify entities. Very few notifiers have been transitioned to provide entities and the documentation does not really address the current transitional state.
