Anyone know why I can’t login to Home Assistant via iOS app or web browser (local) after doing factory reset? I even tried to change the password and nothing seems to work.

A factory reset of what? App or Home Assistant? Why do you made a factory reset? Do you have access via Browser and IP? IP Ban active? A little bit less information, isn’t it? 
I was able to change pswd via the console window.
