Cant seem to get visability to work for battery

I am trying to get the battery indicator for some Zigbee sensors to only show if the battery is less than 25% however this config doesnt work no matter what I change the value to.

After you select the device/entity to display in the Tile Card, in the Visibility area you need to select the battery entity again.

Just enter an above or below number, no need to enter both.
