Any idea why I cannot update HA past these versions ? When I check for update, nothing is proposed.

What install method did you use and what platform are you on.
I think the clue to your not updating is that you have dev versions installed, not release versions.
It’s possible ! HA si installed on a Raspberry Pi 5. It was the first functioning version of HA on the raspberry pi 5.
SHOULD I DO A CLEAN INSTALL?
You may be able to upgrade using the command line. I’m not an expert on how to do that though, I would ask on the Discord channel.
