Caravan setup with Starlink

I want to setup HA in my caravan and it will use Starlink for Internet access when offgrid. Starlink will be disconnected from the van when home so I’d prefer to use it in Bypass mode (Bridge mode) and have wifi running independently so it can still operate when isolated. I want to use only one device to host HA and the AP (thinking Pi5) to keep power draw low. I’m thinking the Ethernet port for the WAN (to the Starlink) and the WiFi for the LAN (will have a few Shellys for lights etc). I’d prefer if this can be achieved using HAOS and addons for the AP, DCHP and NAT capabilities. Or am I better trying to put it all together with my own container orchestration? Am thinking a Pi5 for the device. Any advice or ideas appreciated.

Not sure of the performance and the configuration options - but this thread may be worth a look.
