Small niggle wonder if others have seen it. I have two controls to open a gate. One is a push-to-open (pulses the relay), the other toggles the relay’s latching function to hold the gate open. Mostly it works fine but there’s something inconsistent about how this manifests itself in the CarPlay app.
See photo, taken from the screen of my car today. You’ll notice the latch icon (which I’ve chosen a gate icon for) is grey. But the other icon is blue. Sometimes the gate is also blue. And there doesn’t appear to be a correlation between grey vs blue and working vs not working, this morning whilst the icon was grey I was able to use it. I also toggled the relay natively (not using HA) and it showed the status change from off to on (correctly) but still remained grey so it’s not a latched vs unlatched thing either.
Not a big issue! Just curious if this is a known problem or if I might be doing something wrong to cause it.
