Same here: casting image works again :man_shrugging:
Must have been something Google broke and silently fixed :wink:

if someone else ever runs into this issue: there is a workaround posted in the docs by using bubbleUPNP instead of the default media player built in your cast devices. See Google Cast - Home Assistant

Looks like it’s working for me now too. I didn’t upgrade home assistant, just tried it again after seeing it was working for others and … voila!

Grateful to those who earlier investigated and found a workaround before whatever fixed it took effect.
