Does anyone know why my CCTV DVR and cameras do this? Every works fine so I’m not sure what’s happening, it’s more annoying than a problem

Missed checkin due to missed packets
Packets aren’t resent, it just moves on and sends next.

Whatever integration you use maybe see if you can set tcp vs udp for this sensor
You created a device tracker when you didn’t intend to?
