can anyone tell me the component name of the switchbot integration to use into logger configuration?! i can’t find anything useful into the log file…

OK I see the problem, sorry for being dense.
I think homeassistant.components.switchbot
But you should be able to turn debug logging on in the UI, eg
found the problem… if i search the log for a line containing “loaded from” the switchbot (or whatever) component doesn’t (could not) appear… better to set debug mode first for the integration, wait a bit of time, then search for lines containing “[homeassistant.components” and copy the name(s) we need
