Change target temperature of a radiator valve based on schedule

I’m kind of new to Home Assistant so bear with me (just installed this week).

I’m trying to do something extremely simple which somehow becomes extremely complicated in a system as complex as Home Assistant
I just want to be able to control the target temperature of the radiator depending on a schedule, e.g. set 21 degrees between 17 and 20 every day, otherwise set 14 degrees.

In order to do that I created a schedule (using the schedule integration) and then tried to define a new automation which has as trigger " When Schedule changes from off to on". In this automation, however, I cannot seem to select the action to change the value of the target temperature: I can only act on HVAC and preset mode.
Is this intended behaviour or am I just hitting a limitation of the UI configuration?

I can indeed change the target temperature manually acting in the UI (either from a thermostat card or from the device infos), so I’m wondering why this value is not exposed as action for a trigger…

Ok I think I just realized I add to use “Call Service → Climate → set_temperature”
