Change theme based on device

I know there are tons of templates available for setting theme based on sun (dark/light theme). But I’d like to set theme based on the device that Im using (want to have different theme for my tablet than for my computer for example)
How can I achieve this?

I think themes can be set per device by clicking on the user icon on the bottom left (from the device you want to change it) and then changing the theme.
