Changing options for Sonoff SWV water valve with ZHA, not Z2MQTT

I just bought one of these and a SONOFF Zigbee USB dongle. I plugged in the dongle, and HomeAssistant immediately recognized the dongle and then discovered the valve via ZHA.

My valve is automatically shutting off within an hour of using water. Apparently you can change this if you use Z2MQTT, presumably by changing some config setting. Can/How this be done with the ZHA implementation?

Looks like this is not an out of the box option even in Z2M, and may depend on the switch firmware.

With ZHA it’s probably easier to use an automation.
