I ran into an issue yesterday when the IP of the Insteon hub changed because of a change I made to my mesh network. That caused the integration to fail and wouldn’t initialize. Is the IP stored somewhere that it can be updated?
Is it possible to put up an error message that would allow you to change the IP in HA?
I know that you can change the Hub IP when the integration is active under the Utilities tab but if it is in a failed state you cannot get to that.
I changed the IP (Luckily, I had a printout of all my IP assignments) on the Insteon hub back to the old one and reserved it on DHCP and thankfully ithe integration immediately initialized.
