Channel Pad for LG WebOs TV - Card not showing

I have added WebOs Integration along with the following custom components

I have full control over the TV and all but the Channel Pad Card are working properly.
When i add a manual card to dashboard using .yaml listed in repo it shows it correctly in the preview window (pic below) but when i click SAVE it does not show on the dashboard.
If i go into .yaml for the dashboard the code is all there but it does not show.
The other interesting thing is that any other cards after/below this card also do not show up.

It is also not “popping up” when i click the channel pad button on the remote card.

Pulling my hair out - Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem, were you able to fix ?

I was able to fix it, I had to clear all the cache on all my browsers.
That was also after I did a full update on the core and the integrations
