I seem to have a new issue with my Chromecasts: they no longer show up as aircast/airplay targets.
Before, I could use the AirCast addon to send audio from Airplay (iOS) devices. This has worked great for a few years now.
Recently I noticed that only my Google Home Mini speakers show up as targets. No longer do any of the Chromecasts nor my cast-enabled TVs show up to send audio to.
It seems like a change was made to disable casting audio only to video devices, but I’d imagine this would cause more of an uproar and I havent been able to find any other mentions of it.
I dont see how it could be a config issue. I’ve used two different Airplay plugins through docker, each with different devs. Im at a loss here…
