I wanted to update my central heating compensation curve to be a bit smarter based on my weather station. Specifically I wanted to make the curve non-linear (radiators get better at heat distribution as they get hotter) and include a small factor for wind-chill (which my built-in Ecodan curve can’t consider).
In less than an hour Claude and I have made an replacement equation and documented the process for future-me, who will have forgotten the details.
