I’ve had Claude (desktop, and on the web - not code) connected to HA via MCP for months now. Suddenly, I get “Connection has expired. You can reconnect to re-authenticate”. But if I hit connect, I get a 404 Not Found.
All of my other MCP connections to my HA instance work just fine.
How can I debug this?
