Cloud connection status: Not Connected

I am a subscriber of NabuCasa Cloud.

My connection to the cloud suddenly stopped working. My NabuCasa account is up to date, I’m logged in normally, but I can no longer access the remote control.

I access my instance via SSH and I can ping the Internet normally, it is not a connectivity problem.

I have also logged off and logged in again with my cloud account.

Is anyone else having this problem today?

I tried everything and the problem was not solved. My solution was to create a new NabuCasa account, when I logged in with it the remote control worked. My conclusion is that it was a problem with my account there in the NabuCasa system.
