Combined gauge

Hi, I am wondering that there is a way to combine a few gauges into one. I need to perform two things:

1. Combine a few gauges into one bar but with distinguish what part of the bar particular parts are - something like a combined bar chart in excel
   

   

2. another one is to display 2 gauges as a bar (I know there is a dual gauge card, but it display values and it is an arc - not very clear in my situation.
   Something like this:
   

   

Any ideas?

ok - 2nd problem is no longer exist as I have found Bar-card that sorting this out. 1st one is still a thing.

yes - did that but with pie option
