Sorry guys, I had time only today to check if the doorbell is working. Despite my attempts de doorbell status remains "unknown". Do you know why?

Right now no. It doesn't allow two way communication. It is a bit hard to test the audio. The android app I have is a bit chunky.

Do you have the intercom in building or kit mode?
You need the intercom working in a kit mode.

I can confirm that is in "kit mode". Other ones (on ghithub) told me that I need to use a different user instead the one registered via app but I dont know how to add another one

I managed adding a user with another phone.

The first ring was correctly registered but today the other rings are missing

Hi everyone, I am using the integration with a Comelit 6741W monitor.
The monitor is set to Kit Mode (S3 DIP 1 = ON).
The notification service entity is ON (connected).
Video stream and door open buttons work fine.
However, when someone rings the doorbell at the external panel, the doorbell event entity never updates and no ring event is detected in Home Assistant. The official app is completely closed. Has anyone experienced this or knows what might prevent incoming ring events from reaching Home Assistant?
