Companion app not working outside LAN

Hi, my HA companion app on Iphone was working perfectly fine outside LAN.
Now i cant access the app outside LAN.
The only thing i did different was tired Nobu casa for a month and the trial ended.

PLs help!! thanks so much.
All software are updated to latest and I have a HA Yellow.

Nabu Casa subscription was what provided the remote access for you. If that ended you either have to renew or set up your own remote access using for instance duckdns and letsencrypt. There are many guides to do this, google for it.
