I don’t have my Ikea devices in ZHA, , But in Trådfri branch(ikea hub-integreation), when the Button/Remote is paired direct to i.e bulb / Plugg, so the only thing that is “registered” is that in bulp/Device it went on/off (No events from the remote comes to HA)
when the remote is registered in the Hub (or in ZHA it might report an Event
