ConBee II - Philips Hue not working (no response) - how to bugfix (Z2M)

Sensors seem to work almost instantly but all my Hue lights (first gen Hue bulb, latest gen Hue bulb and other lights from Philips Hue) work only sometimes. After I added them to z2m they work a few times and fail randomly after that. Reconnecting the stick sometimes brings them back but others are gone. After some time they start to work as well but fail after that. After several hours the issue still is present.

Dongle is on an extension cable - connected to M1 Mac (USB-A). I set serial baud rate to 38400 - no rts/cts. The distance to one of these lights is 6 meters in plain sight, but it still fails.

The stick is brand new and on version 0x26720700. I tried both zigbee2mqtt and zha, the issue remains the same.

I already replaced the stick because it started to fail after a firmware upgrade. Not sure if the first stick was on an older firmware, but I tried downgrading the old stick with no success.

This is so frustrating.
How can I bugfix this?

I just found out that the individual lights don’t work if I switch them on. However, if I switch on the group (in which all lights are) they turn on and off with no problems.
