ConbeeII/ZHA not working after power outage

Dear all

Yesterday we had some power outages in our house after which home assistant did not boot anymore. I restored the VM to a relatively recent version which I had backed up (roughly 3-4 weeks old). Now home assistants boots and can be used and eveything works except for my zigbee network.

In ZHA all equipment and the coördinator are visible but all are labeled as offline. In the hardware tab the conbee stick I’m using is visible so it is attached and visible for home assistant.
I tried the following:

  • Re-attach the conbee stick.
  • Attach the conbee stick to a different USB port
  • remove ZHA and add the integration again (with pre-existing network and with a new network in a different try)
  • Reboot the system. Turn the system completely off and on again.
  • Update home assistant to lates version (2022.12.4)

I’m using the following configuration of the restored version:

  • Home assistant version: 2022.12.4 (initially 2022.11.2)
  • Host operating system: debian 11
  • Zigbee coordinator: Conbee II
  • Zigbee integration: ZHA

Error in log files (multiple lines): [0x9E22:1:0x0008]: async_initialize: all attempts have failed: [DeliveryError('Failed to deliver packet: <TXStatus.NWK_ROUTE_DISCOVERY_FAILED: 208>'), DeliveryError('Failed to deliver packet: <TXStatus.NWK_ROUTE_DISCOVERY_FAILED: 208>'), DeliveryError('Failed to deliver packet: <TXStatus.NWK_ROUTE_DISCOVERY_FAILED: 208>'), DeliveryError('Failed to deliver packet: <TXStatus.NWK_ROUTE_DISCOVERY_FAILED: 208>')]

Any advise on how to move forward and find what is causing the problem?
