Configure an esp32-cam of ESPHome in Motioneye

Hi, how to configure an ESPHome camera in motioneye? the cam is an LILYGO® TTGO T-Journal ESP32
I would like to have the motion detector for that camera, but i can’t set it up in motioneye.
I can have the stream of the cam in a lovelace window, but the camera does not have a direct link in VLC or internet browser.
Please help

I have seen some messages talking about entering a long lived token, but I can’t figure out how to activate it. I managed to configure the camera by inserting a standard token, but it is not usable because it changes several times in a day.
Can anyone give me an example of a string to insert in the “camera device” of motioneye with the long lived token?
