Hi, I’ve got a HA, my girlfriend also does. Both we use HA to open the door, so, if I want to open her door, how can I connect both sides? and to have both a button to open the door in the other house. I found remote in HACS, but it’s only one way, not both sides. Any help? 
If you have a bridged or common mqtt broker you can use the mqqt event and state streams,

So you have bridged the two mqtt brokers installed at each HA instance, or are using a common mqtt broker for both?

No idea. You could start by searching Goggle for the solution.
I did, but nothing understable, a lot about mqtt setup but no communication between 2

Then use remote Home Assistant.
It’s not working both sides, only master-slave
