Connecting AV to esp32 to receive video from DVR

Hello, is there a way to connect the DVR’s AV output to the esp32 and view it as a camera in home assistant?

No idea, but doesn’t sound like best option to get $2 microcontroller to convert/pass video stream through wifi.
