I have Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Conditioner SRK25ZS-WF. It used to be connected to my home WiFi and controlled by the Smart-M-Air app. Now it’s disappeared. I can activate its LAN and connect to it from my Smartphone ok, but when I open Smart-M-Air app it doesn’t list the device so I can’t find a way to connect it back to my home network. Any ideas how to fix appreciated?
Did you ever find a solution to this? having same problem and no one knows why and no support from smart m air app
Hello,
I had these seem aircon units installed recently (SRK25ZS-WF and SRK20ZS-WF units), I have been battling for a few days trying to add them to my wifi setup (Ubiquiti based). The manual says it must be a 2.4GHz network, I’ve kept the SSID/pass simple, I go through the aircon remote control process to put the aircon unit in to wifi joining mode, the Smart-M-Air app picks up the unit, I enter the correct wifi details, however the aircon unit is never able to successfully connect to the network.
I’ve bought a cheap TP-Link AC1200, bridged to my Ubiquiti wifi to test with and hey presto, all the MHI aircon units can connect to this no problem, I now have them all added to the Smart-M-Air app.
Perhaps give that a go …
