Connecting to a new server

I have an instance of HA at home and connected my phone to it when I first installed it.

I’ve now set up a second server in a holiday home in Spain and it would be more useful to have the companion app connected to that.

I’ve deleted the app on my phone, cleared the cache, cleared the app data, restarted HA, rebooted the Pi… basically anything I can think of.

When I start the app, it asks me to choose a server. I use the “Enter manually” option and paste in my Nabu Casa URL.

But in my services in HA on the server in Spain I don’t get the notify.mobile_app service. Neither do I see the device or entity for the tracker. Neither do I see the mobile app integration. And, neither to I see the app configuration option within the companion app, which I’m sure was there before.

Anyone know how I can process from here?

This seems to be either a bug with the app or a bug with Nabu Casa.

I just replicated everything on a local server. If I connect with the internal IP address, everything works. If I connect using my Nabu Casa URL then it all goes wrong. It doesn’t ask for my device name of location permissions. Then when I log in, half the menu items just lead to blank pages and there is no option for companion app settings under configuration.
