Apparently my TP-Link Deco router has built in abilities to control IoT devices such as Matter, Philips Hue, TP-Link Kasa & TP-Link Tapo. I am running the Emulated Hue integration in HAOS. Emulated Hue works as expected with Alexa. Alexa can “discover devices” and control about half a dozen HAOS devices.
But when I scan my network for Philip HUE devices from the TP-Link Deco Android App, I get “No Devices Found”.
I’m wondering if anyone else has successfully connected their TP-Link Deco router to HAOS. And, if so, how was it done?
