I can’t get in the system anymore, dashboards are not loaded, I can’t do a safe restart, it simply got stuck, and remains stuck, also after switching off the power of the computer (HA Green)
Anybody a suggestion on how to get in the system again?
Frequent issue for me. used to just work but since update to 25.12 i loose connection and have to wait for 30 sec for it to come back, or a forced refresh.
same here, happens every ~15 minutes when not using the app. i get the same message in webapp on my pc, android app and assist widget hangs as well. they all get back to work after a while, but it’s simply annoying
Your router is one single point of failure. Try streaming a video on a laptop while you are looking at the dashboard. If you see the video buffering at the same time as your dashboard goes unresponsive, then my bet is on the router.
Same problem here. It’s been doing it in the MacOS app for some time now. When I upgrade to 2026.1 it started happening in the Safari browser. It does when viewing settings pages. My computer is connected via an Ethernet cable as is the Home Assistant VM.
