Control Lutron RMJ-ECO32-DV-B with home assistant

Hi everyone.

Is there any way to control Lutron RMJ-ECO32-DV-B dimmer via home assistant?

I just moved into new office and these were installed in a few rooms.
They are hubless and being controlled directly from pico remote or motion sensor.

I’m not very familiar with Lutron ecosystem, but from the research I’ve done, they are not compatible with caseta hub or smart bridge.

Has anyone had any luck bringing these into home assistant?

All I need is to turn them on/off.

The only solution I found is to solder in couple wires to pico remote button terminals and hook it up to zooz multi relay, and throw on zwave.

I wanted to see maybe there are more civilize ways to do it, before I messed up few pico remotes.

Thanks!
