Hello to all,
I have a Raspberry Pi 4 running Home Assistant OS with a standard USB keyboard attached to it (to control e.g the lights via the Keyboard Remote Integration).
Can I control the LEDs of that keyboard (the normal NumLock, CapsLock, ScrollLock indicator lights) as switches / light entities in Home Assistant, and if yes, how?
Thanks in advance
Aaron
Was a solution found? I had the same idea as my mini keyboard has a single light that I could link to the status of my lamp, for example. Or the status of the last button’s action. It doesn’t seem like the documentation exists.
No, I didn’t find a solution as Home Assistant itself doesn’t have access to that part of the underlying file system (/sys/class/leds/ specifically) on Home Assistant OS…
