I have a Gen5 aeon labs stick which has worked without complaint for ages. Suddenly now it’s switching between these three statuses every minute or two after restart. It goes through about 30 different status changes then lands on Unresponsive and stays there. Unfortunately I know very little about the back end of things so I’m hoping someone can help me. It won’t allow me to download the diagnostics from the z-wave panel.
Look in the HA logs and your Z-Wave application logs.
Did you upgrade HA or any firmware when this started to happen?
I did not.
I took a debugging log, but evidently can’t open it. Last night it did the same thing but ended up on Ready so now it’s working… which is more strange really.
Did you shutoff all power to the computer, disconnect the stick, and restart?
