Controlling a 3-speed pull-cord ceiling fan

Hi,

I’m interested if anyone has had any luck adapting a ceiling fan, so I can replace the 3-speed (four wire) chain pull cord with a device that HA can control?

I’ve looking at a few topics but haven’t found anything that matches my use case in the UK (i.e 220-240V).

I’m hoping that someone has had some success, otherwise it might be time for me to buy a new ceiling fan!

Thanks,

hello
I think the Sonoff of itead had this one covered up for u
this is a new product am sure still might not be on tasmota
please google this product , am currently at work and i dont have access to full browsing but am sure this produt is only made for fan speed control

or if ur free and have nothing to do :stuck_out_tongue:
find urself esp2688 with a couple of relays and hack this fan up

check iFan02 from Sonoff. I don’t know if it can handle 220v tho.

Without the wiring from an existing controller you’ll have to figure out the wiring for the different speeds yourself.

Okay cool I’ll take a look.

I’m not sure I have that amount of free time at the moment. Thanks for your help.

This page [1] seems to indicate it can. Very interesting
