Controlling entities within areas

Hi,

I have an area called living room which multiple lights. Some lights are near a sitting area and some are in a more open area. I would like to be able to ask voice assistant to control only the lights in the sitting area, but when I want to control all the lights in the living room together I would still like to do that.

I’ve tried to add labels to entities within the living area but that didn’t work. I’m using an OpenAI as a conversation agent.

How can I achieve this?

Put the lights in a group and, if necessary, add an alias like “sitting area lights”…
