Controlling Samsung AC using HTTP GET/POST Commands?

Hello friends,

I’ve recently migrated my smart home system from OpenHAB to HA.

I managed to configure and control most of my devices, but I’m having a little difficulty with two Samsung Windfree AC’s.

So far, I added the two AC’s using HA’s SmartThings integration, and I’m able to control them, but with limited functionality, because I cannot use HA to set the AC’s to work in Quiet mode, and I cannot turn off the Beep sounds.

In OpenHAB, I used to control these AC’s using the HTTP binding, which allowed me to send GET/POST commands to the AC’s – including commands that controls the Quiet and Beep features.

Is there a way for HA to control Quiet mode and to silence the Beeps?
