Hello!
Can someone tell me if I need to update my azimuth and elevation settings for the winter? I expected for it to just work, but they are opening a bit too late and closing a bit too early.
I don’t want to be changing this with the season, so I would love to have a configuration that works both in winter and summer.

normaly there is no need to change them. The problem is the timechange in autum and spring i think!

Ah, maybe.
But how can that influence the cover opening? As far as I know, the sun should not be impacted by the time, no?
But maybe the “don’t open before” is what applies, as with the adjustment maybe 9am is already too late for opening the windows in winter, not sure.

Wow this is sophisticated version of my automation that I like to brag to other people. Hope I will have some time checking it out since I was about to roll that length code of mine.

Thank you very much.
I just based my ideas on those of others. Especially on the previous automation/module from the FHEM smart home system.

Unfortunately, I still have far too many ideas. But perhaps I should focus on bug fixing first.
What I don’t like: Unfortunately, we are too restricted in a blueprint.

Kannst du bitte mal einen Blick auf die Bugtickets am Git werfen.
In der letzten Version läuft bei mir NUR Zeitgesteuert. Sobald ich Sun Elevation und Sun PRotection Controll aktiviere öffnen die Raffstore nicht mehr.

It would be great if you could post this on GitHub as a ticket or maybe even as a pull request. I need to channel all the input somehow to keep track of things, especially when you’ve taken long breaks.

I think it’s a very good idea, and apart from the YAML anchors, it shouldn’t be too difficult to implement.

Hi,
erstmal vorweg: CCA ist wirklich klasse und hat mir schon sehr geholfen!
Eine Sache bekomme ich jedoch nicht hin:
Ich möchte gerne meine HMIP BROLL für manuelle Bedienung sperren, wenn z.b die Terassentür geöffnet ist.
Die Lockout protection funktioniert im zeitlichen Ablauf sehr gut, aber leider ist der BROLL immer noch über die Tasten bedienbar.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, das in der CCA so zu konfigurieren, dass eine manuelle Bedienung nicht mehr möglich ist?

Vielen Dank für einen Tipp oder Hinweis.

Das hat mir effektiv geholfen, das Problem zu lösen.
Für Alle, die evtl. auch vor der gleichen Frage stehen, habe ich den YAML-Code für Aussperrschutz mit einem HMIP BROLL und einem Fensterkontakt beigefügt.

Bei mir waren zudem die beiden virtuellen Kanäle - vch 5 und vch 6 - nicht aktiviert. Dies musste ich erst einmal durchführen.
Wichtig ist den “vch 5” wie im Code beschrieben zu definieren.
Jetzt sind die Tasten des BROLL solange gesperrt, wie der Türkontakt “geöffnet” meldet.

Ich glaube, dass Sir_Goodenough dir nur sagen wollte, dass dies ein englischsprachiges Forum ist und daher der Thread auch dementsprechend geführt werden soll.
Ich bin mit dem deutschen Text ganz fein, aber dann vielleicht besser an anderer Stelle.
Auf GitHub antworte ich sogar auch gelegentlich auch deutsch, wenn ich eine deutsche Konfiguration erkennen kann.

I’m fine with the German text, but perhaps it would be better elsewhere.
On GitHub, I even reply in German occasionally if I can recognise a German configuration.
