Hi,
I have the following issue or problem with understanding. So far I am partially still use FHEM for my covers with Eltako FSB14.
Now I want to replace them by Shelly 2PM Gen3.
I have one first for testing. The integration in HA is working so far but the behavior is a bit strange. I can open and close the cover with the arrow buttons. If it is completely closed the up arrow is vissible and vice versa. But the problem is that always if I stop the opening or closing action, mean the cover is in a state between, I would expect them both to be visible to either continue the last action or change the direction.
What am I missing?
With FHEM this btw is working that way. I can even push the close or up button if it already is closed or open - like with physical buttons as well.

No, 240V AC - but does it really matter?
it dont work with mine 24v dc - I have made buttons on dashboard and automation to trigger it.

How do you do that? I can’t even see states in the entity overview of the development environment? It is just showing the state:
BTW. I just checked the Shelly itself. There it is working as expected:
Up and down both available at the same time.
I am using the standard integration and the device was auto-discovered.
Also setup the outbound websocket in Shelly which is connected to Home Assistant.
Just played around with the automations a bit. Seems everything is working from there. Obviously just the display of the integration is not working 100% and misleading and also the dashboard card (e.g. Mushroom Cover Card) is therefore working the same
So do I really need to create individual buttons and automations?
Seems to be solved. It probably was related to the fact that I did not yet had attached the cover itself. Just was powered on. Now as that was done and I had also done the calibration it was working. Seems I can keep them
