Cover unavailable

I have a Matter/Thread-enabled window shade that became unavailable today after I mistakenly tried to raise it while it was lowering (perhaps just a coincidence).

In the Activity Log for the shade it states:

became unavailable triggered by action Cover: Set position

In my error log, it states:

Logger: homeassistant.components.websocket_api.http.connection
Source: components/websocket_api/commands.py:331
integration: Home Assistant WebSocket API (documentation, issues)
First occurred: 9:14:14 AM (1 occurrence)
Last logged: 9:14:14 AM

[281472199103872] Error during service call to cover.set_cover_position: src/app/CommandSender.cpp:354: CHIP Error 0x00000032: Timeout

Can anyone help me interpret and resolve?

Is it reproducible? Did the device continue to work afterwards?

Sending a new command while waiting for another to complete should be able to be queued if the software design algorithm is written accordingly. Is it?

I cannot operate the device at all using Home Assistant. I can control it using the manual switch but it remains “unavailable”. I would like to delete it and re-add but the delete button under the device in HA is greyed out.
