Is there an option to add an exclamation mark
next to a broken existing automation that can’t run?
It happened a few times that after an update an automation triggered but didn’t actually do anything since one element in it changed, but I wasn’t aware it wasn’t running.
I previously used Home Seer, and there if you went to the automation section, there was an exclamation mark next to an automation that couldn’t run, and when you opened it, it would show where the problem was.
They create an entry in the logs. Not sure if you can trigger based on that.
All other methods I can think of would be very “hacky”, like flipping a boolean at the end of the automation to signal it has reached the end.
No there is no option for that.
