Creating a tile card gives me a configuration error

All of a sudden when trying to add a Tile Card it opens in Yaml mode and shows me the following error, it does not allow me to save.

All other cards seem to be working fine. The only thing I’ve changed recently was add the Firefly III integration through HACS, it worked fine but threw errors/warnings. I’ve removed it and rebooted but the issue persists.

Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.

Are you trying to add this in a Sections view or a Masonry view?

So I have no idea WTF happened that made the difference. Today I updated Browser Mod to 2.4.1 and Home Assistant Core 2025.6.2 and figured I’d test this again.

Initially the error was gone but the Entity input was not there, first level of configuration was was the expandible ‘Content’ section, tried this with creating and editing a Tile Card. Then I went to YAML mode and all configuration was valid, after I stepped back out of YAML mode the Tile Card worked as expected across the board in all situations.

I got nothing on the reasoning for this, but it works so I’ll take it.
