CRITICAL (MainThread) [supervisor.utils.json] Can't parse data: does not match regular expression for dictionary value @ data['image]['audio'].Got 'ghcr.io/home-assitant/{arch}-hassio-audio'

Hi

Totally new to HA and the forum so please let me know if I break any rules.

I have the Home Assiant Blue.

Plug it in, and it appears on my network and note down it’s IP address.

Open browser on my PC , and make my way to the http://[ip address]:8123.

This screen appears and sits there for well over 20 miunutes. Reboot , same thing.

Plug keyboard and monitor and reboot, get ha> console and enter in ‘supervisor log’. Shows a bunch of red errors, the first one being:
CRITICAL (MainThread) [supervisor.utils.json] Can’t parse data: does not match regular expression for dictionary value @ data['image][‘audio’].Got ‘ghcr.io/home-assitant/{arch}-hassio-audio’.

Full image: (sorry dont know how to get logs in text form from Blue to my PC)

Any ideas?

I’d suggest re-flash the eMMC card with the latest HA OS. See below.

Try supervisor update --version 2021.06.3
Then supervisor info to confirm that it was applied

Thanks, I tried that , but it gave an Error 400. I’ll move onto the flashing.

cheers @kanga_who . Got most of the way through it, but my PC wouldn’t see my unit as a flash drive.

Hmm ok, so I had the unit connected by LAN to my Hikvision POE switch as that switch lives in the wall mount rack that the HA Blue device is to be housed in.

I just connected it to my main router , which sits on my desk, and now it all works.

Woohoo!

I’ll close this out .
