Custom Button Card - Thermostat Picture with dynamic temperature

Hi there

Looking to setup a Custom-Button using a picture of a thermostat with the temperature for that room in the middle (using the entity / sensor)

Any directions on how best to achieve this?

Picture - is picture - you can use it as a “icon” on the grid or even as a background of the button. Temperature will be the object on the grid.
