Custom Card: Filament Card

Hi everyone,

I’d like to share a Lovelace card I’ve been working on over the last couple of weeks.
The card is still under active development, but already fully usable.

Originally it started as a simple card for displaying remaining filament from Spoolman, but during development it evolved into a much more flexible card.

Features

  • Automatic Spoolman discovery
  • Custom Attributes preset
  • Custom Multiple Entities preset
  • Material / Vendor / Color grouping
  • Group title icons, colors and actions
  • Per spool actions
  • Full Home Assistant Tap / Hold / Double Tap actions
  • Native visual editor
  • HACS compatible

Although it was designed for filament management, it can already be used for many other resource-based use cases.

I’d really appreciate feedback and feature requests from the community.
I will be on vacation for the next 2 weeks, nevertheless feel free to provide feedback, open issues or let me know about featue requests.

This is great! Much nicer than the grid of tile cards I’ve been building.

One feature that might be nice is the option to filter based on groups or other criteria. (For example, I have some TPU but my printer isn’t set up to handle it right now, so I don’t particularly care about having it on my dashboard at the moment.)

And thank you for the orderly & descriptive class names, my card_mod configuration thanks you.

Hi,

i have just added options for including or excluding a material / vendor / color etc.
Check the latest release v0.5.0 :wink:
