Mine is X40 Pro Ultra, and this command works for me. vacuum.return_to_base

Hi. I have downloaded the latest beta-version. When I later try to install it, everything goes well, until I push the save button. HA reboot and it’s not installed. It happens every time. Don’t know what to do. I have all the latest versions of everything HA, Core). Please help!

Your server does not enough memory to run the integration unless you install the Beta and enable Low Resolution Map option at the last step before pressing the save button.

Good morning, thank you for this fantastic integration. I’m using it with the Dreame X40 Ultra, and everything is working perfectly. I only noticed one thing: if I send a custom cleaning command (but it might also happen with other commands) after 1 hour of inactivity, both from HA and the Dreame app, the command doesn’t work, and some entities of the integration seem to be missing.

The only solution I found was to create an automation that executes the action dreame_vacuum.vacuum_request_map every hour. Is this the correct approach, or is there perhaps a setting in the integration that could be adjusted? If not, would it be possible to include this command in the integration itself so that it runs every hour automatically, avoiding the need to create an automation?

Hi. Thank you for this. Im new to HA and just got an L10S Ultra. Based in South Africa. Using the Dreame app. Tried to download and use the latest Beta release of this component, but when setting up the configuration and providing my Dreame access details, I get the following error “No supported devices found in this account on selected country”. I tried all server countries and get the same error. Model no RLS6LADC. Is the

Model number is first 6 characters of your serial number.

Thanks for that, i downloaded the zip from the topic.

I can call a cleaning cycle for all rooms in sequence, but selecting a room on the map and then ask for cleanup still gives the error that the device can’t be found in the cloud.

Anything i can provide for debug this issue?

Your card configuration is incorrect. You need to select the correct platform.

can you give a little more detail, how exactly did you integrate the Mova E30?

I have the L10S Ultra (just received it yesterday) and the first 6 of the serial is R2228B. Is this why it is telling me no compatible devices found? If so, will this model get support added?

I have an X40 Ultra and trying to get the vac to sweep and mop all segments but one.
My vac can lift the mop.
I can’t seem to get it to mop, only sweep.

This is the code I’ve been trying to use:

Hi. The serial number is R2228Z4… I see the L10S Ultra on the list is R2228o… Is this perhaps the reason I am getting this issue? I dont see R2228z on the list.

Hi, is the L10S pro ultra heat supported? I especially bought a dreame vacuum for this integration, now I seem to be unable to add it to home assistant?

+1 for L10S ultra with serial R2228B.

It is working, you need to install the beta version of the integration from HACS. Then you will be able to link to your dreame account.
