Sorry for the off-topic post. Today, while my X40 Ultra was cleaning, it suddenly froze and all three buttons started flashing white. I’ve tried everything, but it won’t restart and it shows as ‘offline’ in the app. Has anyone else dealt with this?

It’s barely a week that I join HA and I love it so far. A lot of learning so far. I’ve been trying desperately to add my Mova P10 ultra to HA without success. Some help would be appreciated. I use the mova application, I downloaded the xiaomo home account but unable to add my vacuum on it. I tried the integration on HACS the dreame one but when I try to login it states that my account has no device on it.
What happens if you press and hold the power button till it shuts off and then power it back on?
Worst case… press the reset button under the cover, but it will probably wipe all the data.
From the supported devices list, only 2 models from Mova are listed.

Turns off It turns back on and keeps flashing. the reset button does nothing. sent to the repair center
This is awesome, it looks like you added a bunch of new supported vacuums, I have the Mova P10 Pro but I can’t seem to get logged in? I’ve tried my mova email address and my ID but nothing works… It is also showing that you’re logging into Xiaomi Miio Cloud? Any ideas?
Can someone integrate the Dreame L10 Prime?
