On the previous screen, I correctly entered my camera's username and password. I validated it in VLC: rtsp://user:[email protected]:554/stream1 and I get the camera image.
On the next screen, it forces me to enter the cloud password; I enter the one from the previous screen and I get an error, whereas previously, as far as I know, it worked.
i have also a tapo c200 and no problem.
i don't understand lwhhy i have to intoduce the cloud password (i know only one password: tapo c500 app) ??

Invalid cloud password. Make sure you enter your cloud account password and NOT the password you created via the camera settings (unless they are the same). I have kinda like the same issue with a C310 camera but i guess it's not related to the camera itself. When I restart home assistant I get the same message about logging in again about 50% of the times. Then about 50% of the times I can login again (local and cloud) and the other 50%, I get the same error message like Carlier above. The weird thing is that if that happens and I try again in let's say 30 minutes, there is again a 50/50 chance it works and all is fine.
I also noticed that the camera itself works, I can see and use it even if it gives the cloud error, which means the local connection seems to work.
It looks like the cloud login is blocked every now and then depending obn the time or something.It's really weird.. Once it's running and it logged in, no problems at all.
You have a TPLink account that you used to sign in into the Tapo app. There is no point in arguing, everyone has this. You can reinstall the Tapo app and will see you need to sign in...
